Please do not expect it immediately after booking – it will be sent when Sanlam Cape Town Marathon send the links to us. The race organisers will allocate you a starting time and bib based on the information you provide.

If you have any special request, you must advise us in writing at the time of booking e.g. diet, room location, a particular facility at a hotel or seat at an event etc. You should then confirm your requests in writing. Although we will endeavour to pass any reasonable requests on to the relevant supplier, we regret we cannot guarantee any request will be met. Confirmation that a special request has been noted or passed on to the supplier or the inclusion of the special request on your confirmation invoice or any other documentation is not confirmation that the request will be met. No refund or credit will be given if we cannot confirm a special request pertaining to an element included in your booked package.
